The Event

Fermentation is the theme, and you’re invited! Forage Vancouver’s Chef Chris Whittaker has been busy collaborating with HandTaste Ferments’ Todd Graham, and they’ve managed to cover a lot of ground. Foods like Japanese dry ferments, misos, seasonal fruit vinegars, herring, and fish sauce are just a few examples of what’s on the menu. (Exact menu details, including the beer and cider pairings, will be revealed closer to the event.)
